terms of service ♡

the important stuff! ( •̀ ω •́ )✧

First of all, thank you so much for your interest in commissioning me! ♡

Before ordering, please take a moment to read through my Terms of Service. By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

If you're ever unsure about something, you're always welcome to ask before placing your order!

01 ♡ COMMISSION PROCESS

how does this work?

When submitting a commission request, please provide as much information about your character and idea as possible!

Helpful references include:

♡ Character reference sheets
♡ Outfit references
♡ Pose or expression ideas
♡ Personality information
♡ Mood boards / aesthetic references
♡ Any important details I shouldn't miss

Once I accept your commission, I will begin with a rough concept/sketch for your approval.

This is the best stage to request changes! Please make sure you're happy with the overall pose, composition, expression, and major character details before approving the sketch.

Once the artwork progresses beyond the approved stages, major changes may require an additional fee.

✦ More references = less guessing = a happier little guy!

02 ♡ PAYMENT

the money stuff ૮ ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶ ა

♡ Payment is accepted through PayPal.

♡ Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

♡ Payment must be completed according to the payment schedule agreed upon before I continue with the final artwork.

♡ I will not deliver the finished, unwatermarked artwork until the commission has been fully paid.

♡ Please do not send payment until I have accepted your commission and provided payment instructions.

Refunds

Once substantial work has begun or an artwork stage has been approved, refunds may be limited depending on how much of the commission has already been completed.

If I am unable to complete your commission, I will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for any unfinished work.

03 ♡ REVISIONS

Revisions are easiest during the sketch/concept stage, so please look over your sketch carefully!

Small adjustments may include things such as:

♡ Expression changes
♡ Small pose adjustments
♡ Missing accessories/details
♡ Minor outfit corrections
♡ Color corrections

Large changes requested after an approved stage — such as a completely different pose, outfit, composition, or concept — may require an additional fee.

If I accidentally miss something that was clearly shown in your original references, I will correct it.

04 ♡ TURNAROUND + QUEUE

your art is cooking... ♡

I work through commissions using a queue/batch system, which means I may be working with multiple clients at the same time.

Please keep in mind that turnaround time can vary depending on:

♡ Commission complexity
♡ My current queue
♡ Requested revisions
♡ Personal/work schedule
♡ Unexpected delays

Some commissions may take a month or longer, especially for larger or more detailed pieces.

I appreciate your patience! I would much rather take the time necessary to create something I'm happy to give you than rush your artwork.

If you need your commission completed by a specific deadline, please tell me before ordering. Rush orders may not always be available and may include an additional fee.

05 ♡ MY ART STYLE

a little heads-up!

I love experimenting with my artwork!

My rendering, brushes, linework, colors, and other stylistic details may vary slightly between pieces.

If you are commissioning me because you particularly love the style of one of my previous artworks, please include that piece as a reference when ordering.

I will do my best to match the requested direction while still creating the artwork in my own style.

I may display completed commissions in my:

♡ Portfolio

♡ Promotional materials

If your commission is a gift, surprise, private character, or unreleased project, please tell me beforehand! I'm happy to discuss delaying when the artwork is posted.

Commissioning me does not transfer authorship or copyright of my artwork to the commissioner.

one last thing... ♡

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.

These terms are here to protect both of us and make the commission process as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Questions?

Please ask! I'd much rather answer a question before your commission begins than have confusion later. (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)

Thank you for supporting my art! ♡
